This flash is also for use with internal 2805C models that have already been software-upgraded to K56Flex code version 1.200. This file is for use with Windows 95/98. This is a self-extracting file.

2805C: Endusers who have previously upgraded from 33.6 to K56Flex code version 1.14 via a phone dial-up for a fee must first update to the latest K56Flex code 1.200 before upgrading to V.90. See "What Code Do I Have?" below. Once you have the latest K56Flex code installed you can upgrade to the latest V.90 code. All of the files on this page are free.

What Code Do I Have?
Type ATI3 in any terminal program such as Hyperterminal, ProComm+, Comit, etc. to find your current code version. Make sure that you've selected the Comport your modem is on in your terminal program. There is usually an "Options," "Tools," "Modem Setup," or "Configuration" choice in the menu bar of most terminal programs to select your comport.
